Immersive Workspaces™ the complete solution: The standard managed hosting version of Immersive Workspaces™ solution includes two distinctive elements: a 3-D virtual environment that links to a 2-D web presence. This means the solution can deliver a secure, accountable and seamless experience. The following outlines what the Immersive Workspaces standard package comprises. The 2-D web environment: seamlessly integrated with the 3-D virtual world Immersive Workspaces website set up, deployed and activated. Immersive Workspaces web service, which includes hosting and server costs: web, media streaming, content storage. Upgrades and new web features, as and when they become available. Pebblescope – the desktop sharing application for MAC/Windows. Up to 250 active user accounts. 3-D virtual world space: your place of expression and interaction A 16-acre virtual island that comprises: two virtual meeting/training rooms one conference center one orientation area one arrivals area one emote HUD (Head Up Display) - avatar attachment for interaction and animations design services, including the placement of your company's logo throughout the 3-D space in pre-defined areas.		Training Training session for up to six people: introduction to the tool set, making the most of your space, administration tools and Q&A session for technical questions. In-world orientation training. Access to training videos. Training documentation and user manuals. These sessions are run from within your own private virtual space, with the assistance of one of our trainers. Standard managed hosting support Support is accessed and dealt with via the email support system built into the Immersive Workspaces web environment, accessible via the ‘feedback’ button. Support issues will be answered within 24 hours. Additional features Avatar anchoring As standard, all avatars can be ‘anchored’ to the estate, meaning that your user group of avatars will not have access to other regions of the Second Life private grid. This is something we strongly recommend for security, privacy and HR related issues. Concurrency levels Your region can support up to 50 concurrent users per island. If necessary, we can increase the concurrency level by adding more regions to match demand. This is available at a fixed rate and covers the server activation and rental for that island and the cloning process. Please note that these additional regions will be identical to the original, except for a few material changes, such as meeting room names. Clicking ‘GO 3-D’ on the Immersive Workspaces website will always direct your avatar to the Arrivals area on your island.
