DESIGN AND BUILD 3-D design and modelling From great thinking comes great design. We’re really proud of the awards* we’ve won and industry accolades we’ve received. In 2008 alone, our design team won the Webby – ‘the internet Oscars Awards’ for three projects, an IMA award for outstanding development and events, and nominations in numerous other areas. Our team of professional designers are among the most experienced in the virtual world sector. Interaction design Our London and US teams have the virtual world industry’s best minds, developing immersive and engaging environments, built from a strategic understanding of your project/company goals. Software development From designing bespoke solutions to integrating virtual worlds with existing systems, our team of specialists are experienced at turning your 2-D content and data into 3-D environments and experiences. Audio / machinima Our award-winning film and audio team have created over 100 training, branding and marketing films. All of these were developed in-house within our film and audio studio in Shoreditch, London. *Winners of Three Webby Awards and many other industry recognitions. This year, Immersive Workspaces was awarded the BT Essence of an Entrepreneur award.		TEST AND DEPLOYMENT IT support Our support team are here to handle any IT issues you may have. We also provide comprehensive user manuals and videos. Training services A standard training package is available with the Immersive Workspaces™ solution. This provides up to six key personnel with 'Super User' training to ensure that they are fully able to administer your Immersive Workspaces 2-D web center and 3-D environment. We appreciate that training is key to making sure that our clients get the most out of the Immersive Workspaces technology. Both in-house and remote training programs are available to members of your organization and potential conference delegates. ROLLOUT AND ONGOING MANAGEMENT Event management Our team of event managers have over four years’ experience of running successful virtual world events, conferences and large-scale gatherings. Maintenance and support Ongoing management includes our team’s ability to invigorate and develop content and engagement strategies. Our management of estates and virtual spaces includes training and one-to-one meet and greet. CONTENT UPDATES We understand that it is not just about what your organization needs today, but what will be happening tomorrow and the day after that.
